Terms:

For new accounts we require payment by credit card, wire transfer or pre-paid check. We accept MC, VISA, AmEx and Discover cards. Net 30 Terms are available after a thorough credit check that requires approximately 1-2 weeks. You may download a credit application form from the downloads page. Refused shipments, slow payments, NSF check and bogus claims are grounds for loss of open account privileges. Non-payment of monies owed will result in collection. Future orders must be prepaid and collection fees reimbursed to NJ Croce Co. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy:

Refused or unclaimed shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus future orders will require prepayment. Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. A claim form will be faxed to you or you may download a merchandise claim form from the downloads page.

Backorder Policy:

Backorders over $50.00 will be shipped automatically unless advised otherwise.

Shipping Carrier:

Shipping is by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Product Safety:

NJ Croce products have always been safe! Our toy products have been tested and meet the current requirements of the CPSIA of 2010 where applicable. All other products meet the requirements of 16 CFR 1303, "Ban of lead-containing paint," (CPSC and CPSA regulations) where applicable.
